HE Chairs Warranty Policy
At HE Chairs, we are committed to delivering durable and reliable office seating solutions. Please read the following warranty terms carefully before purchasing or requesting service.
1. Warranty Coverage
We provide an 18-month warranty applicable only to the following components against manufacturing defects or malfunction:
- Hydraulic Gas Lift
- Chair Wheels (Castors)
- Chair Base
No warranty is provided for any other chair components including upholstery, armrests, mechanism, mesh, foam, fabric, leatherette, plastic parts, or accessories unless otherwise specified.
2. Warranty Service
To claim warranty or request repairs, customers are required to bring the product to our factory or authorized service center.
Pickup and delivery services are not included under the warranty.
3. What Is Covered
This warranty covers only manufacturing defects or malfunction in the covered components under normal usage conditions.
4. What Is Not Covered
- Damage caused by misuse or improper handling.
- Accidental damage.
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications.
- Normal wear and tear.
- Cosmetic damage such as scratches, stains, or fading.
- Comfort-related concerns or personal seating preference.
5. Returns, Exchange & Refund
Goods once sold cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
6. Jurisdiction
Any dispute arising out of the sale, supply, or service of our products shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh), India.
